Private School Testing
Details
Oftentimes, private schools require a cognitive assessment as part of the admission process into their institution.

Psychometrists (testing technicians) administer the psychological tests under the direct supervision of Dr. Jocelyn Yu Pan, Ph.D., Licensed Clinical Psychologist, PSY23449. The report is prepared by Dr. Pan after she interprets the psychological test results.
Complete Process

Intake/Initial consultation with Dr. Pan (30-45 minute session)

Cognitive Assessment with Psychometrist (1 to 2.5 hours)

Preschool (ages 2:6 to 7:7) - WPPSI-IV ($850)

Child/Adolescent (ages 6:0 to 16:11) - WISC-V ($950)

Report session with Dr. Pan (30-45 minute session)

Narrative report with behavioral observations and scores sent to school, with signed consent form specifically requested by the school

Optional for parents to go over the results of the tests
