Bingqing Cui, PhD, MA, CRC, APCC

Ms. Cui has years of experience working with people with mental and physical disabilities from different age groups and ethnic backgrounds. Coming from a rehabilitation counseling background, Ms. Cui is well versed in both mental and physical disabilities as well as how people are affected by their disabilities. With a focus on skills training and self-exploration, therapy with Ms. Cui can help you function better in your school, work and relationships. 

 

Ms. Cui has enjoyed working with clients from various age groups, ranging from school-age children and adolescents to adults and elders. Clients Ms. Cui has worked with were affected by depression, anxiety, personality disorders, intellectual disabilities, Alzheimer’s, and various other mental health problems.  

 

Ms. Cui has been certified as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor by CRCC since 2009. She received her Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Maryland, College Park. Prior to that, she received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Shandong University, Master of Arts in English-Chinese translation from Shandong University and Doctor of Arts in Bilingual Lexicography from Nanjing University, China.

 

Ms. Cui can provide individual counseling sessions, group counseling sessions, employment skill training sessions, job readiness training groups, and executive functioning skill workshops to help clients to function better in their school, employment and everyday life.
